The Emirates Post call center however is absolutely amazing and when I spoke to them they agreed that if I was at the post office the next time, they would speak to their staff over the phone and sort the matter. The lady at the counter refused to even look at the message. This inspite of clearing showing them the SMS we received from the post office on our registered number saying the parcels will be delivered to our home address. The correct delivery address was given to this post office more than a month and a half ago and they are still talking about a wrong post code being the reason to justify us paying 270 aed to collect our parcels from the post office.

Tired of waiting, we went to the post office to collect our parcels and we were told we would have to pay 28 aed per parcel since we had put in the wrong post code. Nine parcels from have been lying at the post office for more than 45 days and we were promised over the phone that they will be sent to us if we agreed to pay 30 aed for the delivery to which we agreed. Lady staff at office (counter 2 at 2.15 pm on Thursday 13th August) need to learn to get off their phones before hoping to serve any customers.
